Joe’s Boardshop Rail Jam Today

Don’t forget to head out to Saint Paul today (Tuesday Nov. 24th) for the Joe’s Boardshop sale and rail jam. There will be a $15 entry fee if you wish to ride in the jam, but of course it’s free to watch. Also the Salomon pro team will be stopping by for a little meet and greet.  The team visiting Minnesota will including Chris Grenier, Jed Andersen, and many others.  The rail starts at 6pm but show up early for good deals in the shop.

Summit Boardshop Announces Pro/Am Rail Series

The Summit Boardshop recently announced that it will be hosting a Pro/Am Rail Series this season. This series will consist of several qualifiers with a point system to ensure that only the best riders will be in the final for the $4000+ cash purse. Zombie Boardshop Rail Jam Video

The annual Shred Til You’re Dead Halloween rail jam went down this weekend in Burnsville, Minnesota.  Zombie Boardshop as always hosted this great event.  There were many great costumes around which always creates a good vibe.  Even though the snow was sparse, the riders made the best of it.  Hopefully the weather will get colder so we can get some resorts open soon.  Check out the video after clicking the read more link below.  (If you’re reading this on Facebook, you must go to rideMinnesota.com to watch the video)

FL Project Pole Jam Photos

The bungee was getting a full blown workout in Forest Lake this past weekend.  The FL Project hosted a best trick pole jam at their shop which was powered by the Banshee Bungee.  Riders were getting yanked into the pole ramp and throwing everything from 360 taps to frontflips.  Congrats to Nate Bryant for winning the best rider of the day.  Be sure to check out the photos for a summary of the action.

Shred til You’re Dead on Halloween

Zombie Boardshop in Burnsville is hosting their annual Shred til you’re Dead Rail Jam on October 31st, 2009.  Yes, you read right, that is Halloween day.  Hopefully there will be some hilarious costumes.. The contest will be $20 to ride (with cash prizes) and of course free to party.  Call Zombie Boardshop at 952-892-0047 for more details.

Bungee Rail Jam this Weekend

Even though the resorts haven’t had quite the right temps to open yet, there are still plenty of Minnesota events to keep your stoke up.  This weekend you can head up to Forest Lake and check out a bungee rail jam at the FL Project.  The jam will start at 2pm  on Sunday (October 18th) and there will be an entry fee of $15.  Please pre-register if you can at FL Project to be guaranteed a spot.  Look for pics after the jam on rideMinnesota.com.

Rail Jam Aftermath – Photos and Results

It was a soggy weekend in Minnesota but the rail jams did go on. Trollhaugen Ski Resort and the Fl Project hosted a very early season rail jam and the made the best of the fall weather. Paint the Mountain Green Comp

Well if this cold weather has kept you in all week, I bet you are ready to hit up a comp at Wild Mountain. Head out for the Paint the Mountain Green Best trick contest up there in Taylor Falls.
