House of 1817 Movie

The House of 1817 just premiered their new movie this past Friday and now they’ve posted it for all of us to see. Over at the House of 1817 they like to do things just for the hell of it and this was no different. There are no sponsors and no perks behind this film just the joy of hanging with friends, boarding and doing what whatever they want. We’ve got to give credit to the ones involved to making this happen: Austin Young, Chris Bradshaw, Cody Beiersdorf, Ethan Deiss, Jake Olson-Elm, Joe Sexton, John Hodge, Justin Fronius, Keegan Valaika, Zach Snow not to mention the ones I’m sure we have missed.

Transworld Minnesota B-Roll Footage

Transworld has been busy filming all season for their new video “In Color” which is due out next fall.  They recently released an edit of their “B-roll” footage and it features a ton of Minnesota riders and spots that you may recognize.  There is even a scenic shot of Duluth which never gets enough love… Be sure to check out the video by clicking the “read more” link below and enjoy the riding by Jake OE, Keegan, and many others. The House of 1817 Crew is throwing down lately and they have even been featured in Transworld Snowboarding Magazine as a blog to check out. Check out this sick video edit from them including such riders as Jonas Michilot, Jake Olson-Elm, Danimals, and Keegan Valaika. As you can tell, the video was shot entirely at Hyland Ski Area.
