On August 6th, The Fl Project will be premiering the latest Transworld skate video “Right Foot Forward” at 8:30pm. Before the premiere they will be hosting a manual pad best trick contest in the parking lot starting at 7pm. Cost is $5 for the contest with the winner taking home some cash(the more people that enter the more money)! The video premier is FREE! Load the car up and swing on in to the FLP Thursday night for some skating and a skate vid by Transworld.
The FL Project is in need of one more design for their back to school 2009 line up. Now is your chance to put the pen to the paper or murder out a design on your computer. You are in full graphic control, if you want to use the shop name in your design go for it, if not no worries they will add one on the sleeve or back print. All entries need to be in by 8pm on July 30th. Winner will be announced on or before the 10th of August.
The FL Project in Forest Lake will be hosting a game of S.K.A.T.E. on July 11th. This event will be sponsoring by CIRCA and has a prize payout of $200. Get out there and also check out some live art by local artist Mark Rivard. Contest starts at noon so don’t sleep all day.
