Well, those two days of rain really did a number on the snow conditions here in Minnesota. Although, some riders made the best of the rain and enjoyed nearly empty slopes. This created a great edit by Alex Colorito which features tons of big local names as they destroy Trollhaugen and Hyland.
There isn’t much to say about this video, except “holy hell.” We all know that some serious riding had been going down at Troll and Wild Mountain lately, but this video from House of 1817 truly puts it into perspective.
Bald E-Gal Productions recently unleashed the teaser for their upcoming film “E-Gal Eye.” As always, their new film contains tons of heavy-hitting Minnesota riders. We are excited to see what riders such as Matthew “Boody” Boudreaux, Cody Beiersdorf, Dan Brisse, and several others put together. Even though we had a fairly poor winter for street riding last year, from the looks of the trailer, this is going to be a must watch.
So, we are a bit late to the party on this one, but better late than never. Jake Durham is back with another one of his short films that just make us want to snowboard. This time it is titled “Make Friends or Die Trying” and we promise the 12 minutes will fly by because it is so good. There are too many riders to list, so watch for all of your favorite locals. Pop your favorite beverage and enjoy.
We already put up a video of the Hyland Ashbury Demo, but this one from Snowboarder Mag is so good we couldn’t pass it up. I don’t know about you, but we could watch Boody snowboard all day long. Also, this video truly portrays the insanity that happened on the hill that day.
