We have received quite a few Trollhaugen video edits this year, but for some reason we still aren’t sick of them. We decided to switch it up a little bit though and make the video edits battle each other just for kicks. So, this time let’s see which video gets the most votes and we’ll try and send the winner some rideMN swag.

Voting has ended. Congrats to Manic Monday by Escubed!

Hyland Rope Tow Glove Test

hylandGloveTest2011

Our friends over at YoBeat recently decided to put the Dakine Baron gloves to the test. Their test location was the infamous Hyland Hills tow rope. Anybody that rides in Minnesota knows that a good pair of mitt/gloves are key when it comes to surviving thousands of park laps that we love to do. Peep the video to see how these ones held up and get a few laughs in the process.

We are sorry for the lack of posts during the Holidays, but we were too busy out riding like everybody else. Luckily the Rental Shop Crew decided to film their holiday session at Elm Creek. Watch as Billy Bottoms, Jake Braseth, Jesse Paul, and Matt Hoyt shred away Christmas.

Local Minnesota Pro Snowboarder Dan Brisse decided to make a little trip to his home resort of Powder Ridge. The snow conditions have been poor all over so far this year, but Powder Ridge still has managed a proper park setup. Watch as Dan, Shane Ruprecht, and others take some Minnesota laps.

Brandon Larson Full Part from The Convoy

brandonLarsonBaldEgal2011

Bald E-Gal recently released another full-part from their movie The Convoy, and this time around the featured rider is Brandon Larson. This as far as we are concerned, is one of the best video parts of the year. Add Brandon to your list of favorite Minnesota riders or we’ll find you.
