“The Dirty Muskie” is a wakeskate, winch only, short movie following Minnesota wakeskaters, Mike Roeder and Dan Prody, around Minnesota and Wisconsin. They braved the cold water and even sewage invested winch locations while No.Style Productions put together a great edit. Check it out for a little taste of summer/fall in the middle of freezing cold weather here in Minnesota.
SeekJoy Productions went out with Josh Tranby and Mike Liddle recently to catch one more wake session before the Minnesota winter starts. The video shoot from Centerville Lake turned out really good and it’s a great farewell to the wakeboard season. Bring on the snow!
As summer ends and fall arrives we like to think about the snow to come but we can never forget about our great summer on the water. Think back and remember the good times of summer as you watch Mike Roeder and Dan Prody wakeskate down the river while riding behind a well placed winch. Nobody does it quite like these two.
Here is the second edition of Phun Promotions quick flick Shredvolution. This is another killer compilation of winching, boarding and wakeskating from their summer riding. Most of the footage was shot at the Texas Ski Ranch and KC Watersports but we have to give it up to the crew from Phun for doing what they do best (even if they did leave the fertile land of Minnesota for the warmer weather of the south). Check out Jade Whirley, Matty Davidson, Logan Farris, and Lana Merkley take the stage and blow your mind.
The Wakeworld New Producer Contest results are in and local filmer Ryan Taylor was awarded first place! We would like to say congrats to Ryan and he definitely deserved the win. Ryan won a complete Byerly Wakeboard Package plus a trip to go film Scott Byerley and several other pros in the flesh.
