Well you may have already seen it on their blog or on Transworld’s Site, but the boys at the House of 1817 have decided to make a movie. This is set to be a must watch flick with tons of local Minnesota riders. House of 1817 has mentioned that, “this movie is just for us to make a movie. no budget, NO sponsors, just homeys, to prove it can be done, well. The House of 1817 Crew is throwing down lately and they have even been featured in Transworld Snowboarding Magazine as a blog to check out. Check out this sick video edit from them including such riders as Jonas Michilot, Jake Olson-Elm, Danimals, and Keegan Valaika. As you can tell, the video was shot entirely at Hyland Ski Area. Every single time I watch one of these Bald E-Gal video edits, I’m blown away by the video quality. If you haven’t checked out any of their videos yet, make sure to watch this one. The Frozen Chozen Midwest Snowboard Tour is back for the 2009/2010 season. This is the contest series for all you Western Minnesota Residents and even some people in South Dakota. There will be 3 qualifying events this year which will be held at Andes Tower Hills, Buena Vista, and even Great Bear Ski Area. The top 5 finishers from each qualifier will be invited to the finals event which will be held at Andes Tower Hills.
