Back on the 20th of June The Youth Shelter Supply brought their G.P.T. Skate Sessions to the skate park in Royalton, MN. Not only did the skaters come out to play but so did Bald E-Gal Productions. That one day holiday for skateboarders is today if you didn’t already know. So get on the board and go celebrate Go Skateboard Day however you choose to. There are several shops and skateparks which will help you enjoy the holiday to it’s fullest. One of the best deals of the day is at 3rd Lair Skatepark in Golden Valley where they are offering free admission all day long. Damage Boardshop in Duluth is encouraging everybody to take a part in Earth Day 2010. They are asking everybody to please not use a motorized vehicle for the whole day today. This means you can take your skateboard, bike, rollerskates, or whatever wheeled toy you might have. Damage is then inviting everybody to the Northstar Pub at 7pm for a little evening fun run which you shouldn’t miss. It’s always fun terrorizing the streets with a pack of skaters. Even if you aren’t in Duluth, please try and ditch your motor for as long as possible today just to say thanks to the earth.
