Not too long ago the Hometown Heroes Contest Tour made a stop at 3rd Lair Skatepark in Golden Valley. The skaters showed up in top form and made it hard for the judges to pick a winner. When it was all said and done, Jace Torkelson won first place after nailing a kickflip back smith on the bump to rail. The runners up were Eli Rashad in second and Ricky Nunn in third.
