Joe Sexton recently went to Mt Hood hoping to win the America’s Next Top Pro Model contest. He’s been riding at Windells Snowboard Camp and making a name for himself by taking 3rd in the High Ollie, 1st in the Rail Jam, 2nd in Spin to Win. Even with all that effort he didn’t quite make 1st but he did take 2nd overall in the competition. We still think he is the winner so check out his winning performance in the rail jam. Congratulations Joe on your killer performance!!!!

The Ronix “5 Gallons of Freedom Tour” recently came to Minnesota. They sent along one of their pro riders Erik Ruck to show off for the locals. This was a chance for local riders to get a few pointers from a pro and also get depressed about how good Erik is. Midwest Mastercraft was a host of the event and they have put together a nice highlight clip of Erik and also some local riders. Check it out and get inspired to hit the lake.

Here at rideMinnesota we like to display local talent in anyway that we can. Whether it’s riding, filming, photography or whatever you got up your sleeve, we want everyone to see what you can do. Recently, we were scouring the internet and came across a video posted by a local skater named Josh Kelsey. We were impressed with the quality of the video as well as the skating itself and decided that this would be a great opportunity to get things started. We got a hold of Josh and gathered a little info about him so that we could share it with you and also posted the video he created so you can judge for yourself. Check it out.
