While we are all sitting here wondering what do with ourselves during the off-season, Ryan Paul is out at Bear Mountain in California. He obviously is making a name for himself because he was featured one of the popular Bear Mountain Sunday in the Park videos recently. Snowrider Classic Video

Spirit Mountain Gnarbecue

The University of Minnesota Duluth Snowboard club will be hosting a “Gnarbecue” on Saturday March 27th at Spirit Mountain. There will of course be grilling and riding going on at the same time! The festivities start at 11am and there will also be a rail jam at 1pm in the Damage mini park. The cost for the rail jam is $7 if you pre-register at Damage Boardshop or $10 at the hill. Get out there and ride one more jam!

SeekJoy Destroys Spirit Mountain

The Last Weekend of Shred

As you may have noticed, this March has been unusually warm here in Minnesota. Sadly the ski hills are closing earlier than expected. Trollhaugen,Wild Mountain, and Buck Hill all decided to close for the season this week. There are a couple places still open this weekend for you to get your shred on, so make sure to get out and ride that slush. If you can’t get out this weekend anywhere, Lutsen is still claiming that they will be open until their Mountain Meltdown Festival on April 10th and 11th! Get those wakeboards and skateboards ready for spring.
