You have most likely heard already, but Kevin Pearce was critically injured while training in the Park City Halfpipe on New Years Eve. Although Kevin was wearing a helmet, he was severely injured when he fell during a Double Cork attempt. It has been a terribly tragic event, but snowboarders from all over the globe have been showing a tremendous amount of support for Kevin and his family.  This is one of those events that truly makes you thankful for everything you have.  If you get a chance, please visit the Facebook Page dedicated to Kevin and wish him well. This page is also the best place to check on Kevin’s condition as it is regularly updated by family members. We all wish Kevin a fast recovery and hope to see him on the snowboard once again!
